Anton Memorial Scholarship Rules

ELIGIBILITY:

  1. High School Senior Boy or Girl
  2. Active member of a 4-H Club in Hays County
  3. Active member of a FFA Chapter from one of the High School in Hays County

RESUME:

A sealed resume with a signed seal with contestant's signature must be submitted to your Vocational Agriculture Teacher or County Agent by the same deadline as other show entries. The resume must contain the following:

  1. Scholastic or Academic Achievements (transcript of high school grades)
  2. Extra Participation (Activities and achievements in 4-H or FFA work, church, school, community and civic activities, with emphasis on Leadership, Cooperation, and Participation) (Limited to biographical sketch.) ( No more than 3 pages.) Letters from Pastors, Community Leaders, and Teachers may be included. One Picture (1)

JUDGED ON:

Exhibition of high quality in the following areas:

  1. Church
  2. Scholastic
  3. Character
  4. Leadership
  5. Cooperation
  6. Participation

    7. JUDGES: 3 (Three) People from outside Hays County

    RECEIPT OF AWARD: 

    Upon proof of enrollment with a college / university or technical trade school.
