Sale Rules


  1. An exhibitor may sell up to two (2) units in separate divisions in the Sale, except if he or she has a Grand Champion and/or Reserve Champion in different divisions. Example: To sell more than two (2) items exhibitor must have more than two (2) Grand or Reserve Champions in different divisions. Grand and Reserve Champions in breeding classes will be eligible to sell.

e. One Meat Pen of Rabbits j. Breeding Animal 
  1. The Reserve Champion cannot bring more than the Gran Champion and no lower placed animal can bring more than the Reserve Champion, with the exception of Ag Mechanics.

  3. Each exhibitor must appear in the auction ring with his or her own animal for the sale unless otherwise authorized by the Board.

  5. All auctioned animals will be assessed a 5% (five percent) commission charge to help pay show expenses.

  7. No floor will be available to exhibitors. Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own animals.

  9. Each exhibitor will be responsible for his/her own animal after the Show. Otherwise, a $25.00 HANDLING FEE will be assessed the seller/exhibitor.

  11. The Board of Directors will determine the number of market animals will to be sold. The Board of Directors will determine the order of the sale prior to the Show.

  13. Pictures and Sale money will be sent to the club Managers and Vo Ag Advisors as soon after the show as the money is available; approximately between April 1 and April 15. A copy of the Thank you note to the buyer or buyers will be delivered to the 4-H Club Managers, FCCLA Advisor or FFA Advisor before checks will be issued.

  15. All add on's must be submitted to the treasure within one week of the current year sale.
